PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE:Brian Beverly Photo

I am honored and humbled to serve as the president of the Capital City Lawyers Association.  The CCLA, also affectionately known as the “Raleigh Black Lawyers,” is a voluntary bar association of mostly African-American attorneys in Wake County.  During my tenure as president, I hope to further the long-standing missions of the CCLA by widening our footprint in the community and establishing a non-profit arm to administer our scholarship program.  Of course we will continue to advance our agendas of political action and educating our communities on the judicial process.  Additionally, the CCLA will continue to provide a platform for social interaction among our members and their clients.  Please consult our event calendar for upcoming activities.

If you have any questions specifically for me, please feel free to contact me directly at brianobeverly@gmail.com.
