| We invite you to join us for the 9th Annual Lawyer Assistance Program (LAP) Minority Outreach Conference on Friday, January 18, 2019, at the Durham Convention Center, 301 W. Morgan St., Durham, NC 27701. The day will offer dynamic speakers, five CLE hours, a lunch buffet, and a reception. If you are new to this email invite, this is an event not to be missed. This five-hour CLE program qualifies for the required mental health/substance abuse hour and ethics hours (or if you already have all or some of those required credits, then these credits roll over to general hours). The State Bar will bill you $3.50 for each CLE credit hour you attend. Parking is $5 in the garages and lots near the venue. Pre-registration Pre-registration is required. We cannot accept walk-ins. Registration is online only and the cost of registration is$25 payable by PayPal/credit card. To register for the conference, use this link. Cancellations Because of venue payment deadlines, all cancellations need to be received by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2019.
