Tenth J.D. Bar & WCBA Annual Meeting & Elections – Dec. 6, 2022

Tenth J.D. Bar & WCBA incoming President-Elect and CCLA member, Judge Ashleigh Parker Dunston is asking CCLA to show up at the Annual Meeting! With the incoming and outgoing Tenth J.D. Bar & WCBA Presidents being active CCLA members, you don’t want to miss this historical moment.

Additionally, elections for directors and officers of the Tenth Judicial District Bar and Wake County Bar Association will be held IN PERSON at the annual lunch meeting on Tuesday, December 6 at the Hilton Raleigh North Hills (3415 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh).

Although this meeting is being held in person, ballots will be distributed electronically via your personal device (phone, iPad, etc.) scanning a QR code. There will not be a virtual option for the meeting, and you must be at the meeting to vote. Check-in will begin at 11:45 a.m., and the lunch will begin at 12:15 p.m. Because this is the annual meeting for the Tenth Judicial District Bar, there is no cost for lunch for any member of the Tenth Judicial District Bar.

Information about the candidates running for president-elect, officers, State Bar Councilors and those slated for director positions can be found here. Members of the Tenth Judicial District Bar and Wake County Bar Association will also vote on proposed bylaws amendments for each respective organization that were approved by the Board of Directors at their August 2022 meeting. WCBA members will also vote on a new dues rate approved by the Board of Directors at their August 2022 meeting.
