Capital City Lawyers Association invites the youth attending your summer program or activities to visit the Wake County Courthouse for the CCLA 2025 Youth Law Day on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
Our program will provide an opportunity to engage with judges, attorneys, police officers, and other courthouse officials. The students will also be able to interact with jail detention officers who oversee all jail activities. These detention officers will share the realities about what happens in jail. It is important to expose our children to positive experiences and help them understand where negative paths can lead.
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
The Capital City Lawyers Association is looking for people to help with registration and assist in the transition of the participants between sessions. Volunteers will be needed from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm.
